Currently, for one of our clients, company that specializes in IT services and custom software development, we are looking for Account Manager in Kraków.

Responsibilities 

- collaborating with selected clients in the financial and retail sectors
- developing partnerships through a proactive approach to client needs
- ensuring the accuracy of orders, contracts, and assignments
- presenting achieved results to top management
- managing the account's financial performance: striving to maximize operating margin, minimize employee turnover, and maintain high levels of satisfaction from both the client and the company
- ensuring the highest quality of consultancy and client service
- providing a personalized approach to each client's needs

- english language proficiency at least B2+ (according to CEFR)
- higher education, preferred fields: IT, economics, management
- minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- ease in establishing contacts and building long-term relationships with clients
- good organizational skills, attention to detail, and timely execution of assigned tasks
- ability to handle multiple tasks within set timeframes
- capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to lead meetings and deliver business presentations
- solution-oriented mindset considering both client needs and the company strategy
- strong sense of responsibility for assigned duties
- proactive approach to problem-solving and proposing new ideas
- high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM applications
