For one of our clients, a company offering a range of products and solutions in the fields of smart energy, energy efficiency, and renewable energy, I am looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of issues, including contract drafting and review, compliance, and litigation management.

• Develop and implement legal strategies to minimize risk and protect the company’s interests.

• Monitor changes in Poland and EU laws that impact the business and ensure compliance.

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda on complex issues.

• Negotiate and oversee commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership deals.

• Collaborate with other departments to provide legal input on business operations, projects, and initiatives.

• Manage external legal counsel and ensure cost-effective use of legal services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent, with a Master’s degree (LLM) preferred.

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate law, preferably in an international setting.

• Experience working for an energy storage company, renewable energy, power generation

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

• Familiarity with Polish commercial laws, data protection regulations (GDPR), and international legal frameworks.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
